Debt Stop Direct are ISO9001 compliant and we have been assessed in accordance to the requirements of ISO17021 by a IRCA registered auditor
It is the policy of Debt Stop Direct that our Quality Policy is in compliance with ISO9001:2008 and that our operations are conducted within the demands of our ISO9001 Quality Management System, all customer contractual obligations and the expectations of all stakeholders.
The implementation of this policy is important to maintain our integrity as an organisation who provide debt solutions to our customers.

The ISO 9001 system implemented by Debt Stop Direct, shall establish reviews of the system and its performance after installation, and present them to the company’s Board of Directors, so that they can identify the area’s requiring improvement / corrective action. It is our policy to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
Objectives to improve quality issues are set at regular management review meetings. Action plans are formulated and progress towards achievement is regularly monitored.
Qualified auditing techniques shall be applied to the system’s processes & operations to determine its level of compliance and effectiveness.
